In a game dominated by Cheltenham Town for large periods of the game, it was the Cherries to sneaked off with the points.

Inspite of their lowly position, Cheltenham created the better chances, but were clearly not been given their shooting boots for Christmas. The Cherries on the other hand were on the back foot and had to rely on good defending and inspired goal keeping to keep their hosts at bay.

The winner from the Cherries came from Liam Feeney who fired home the winner in the 57th minute.

Jeff Goulding, returning to the side, headed against the woodwork.
