Last updated : 18 September 2004 By Bournemouth Co-Ordinator
AFC Bournemouth Chairman, Peter Phillips, has revealed that the Club could be a matter of weeks from loosing the Stadium if court action against the Club in November is successful.

One creditor, whose money is secured against the Stadium is taking action to repossess Dean Court.

Chairman Phillips is quoted as sating that: "If you still think I am crying wolf, I should tell you that one of our secured lenders has applied to repossess the stadium. The case is due to be held in Bournemouth County Court in early November. The football club would probably survive in some form, but we would have no home".

The club is said to owe money to the following creditors:
Inland Revenue £340,000
Bristol & West Building Society £300,000 (apr 13%!)
Lloyds Bank
Northover & Gilbert
Fitness First
Tony Swaisland
