Player Of The Season 2004/05

This afternoon it was with great pleasure that Andy Burton presented Garreth O'Connor with the 20th Trophy to mark the Player Of The Season for the AFC Bournemouth Exiles Club.
Garreth O'Connor won our award with over two thirds of the vote, with Wade Elliott and Warren Cummings fighting for second place.
The Exiles wish Garreth well in his step up to Championship Football at Turf Moor for the coming season.
In receiving his award he said: "
It's an honour to receive these awards, I will treasure them in the future as a reminder of the great time I had at AFC Bournemouth. It's sad to go as I made lots of friends in the area, and really enjoyed my time on the south coast. The fans have all been great, and though it's sad to go, you have to take the opportunity to test yourself at the next level".
