Exiles Meeting Places - August/September 2008

Here are details of the suggested pubs for the away games for the remainder of August and September. Postcodes are included so you can find them on the map and I've included website details where available. If you can't find any Exiles in the suggested pub then a call to 07798 810386 will probably track some of us down.
Port Vale - August 30th Bull's Head 14, St John's Square, Burslem, ST6 3AJ. About 10 minutes from Vale Park and home of the Titanic Brewery, serving their ales plus lagers and foreign bottled beers. Gets busy on match days. Last May there was a free barbecue but also serves the local delicacy oatcakes.
Notts County - September 6th VAT & Fiddle 12-14 Queens Bridge Rd, NG2 1NB. Brewery tap for the Castle Rock Brewery next door. Only 2 minutes walk from the station. Good selection of real ales, ciders and foreign beers. Imaginative range of baps available at lunch time.
Bradford City - September 20th Corn Dolly, 110 Bolton Road, BD1 4DE. Highly recommended and friendly real ale pub between the centre of town and Valley Parade (just under a mile away). Food may be limited to rolls at weekends.
