The Cherries make teh short trip along the coast to visit the new home of Brighton & Hove Albion on January 1st in a bid to make it three away wins on the spin.
The suggested meeing place for a drink and (hopefully) a bite to eat is the Lord Nelson, which is close to Brighton station.
PLEASE NOTE: That Southern rail services to Brighton, via Gatwick Airport, are suspended over New Year (planned engineering work). If you were planning on coming down towards Portsmouth, via Haslemere to avoid the work at Gatwick, the line between Haslemere and Petersfield is closed because of recent landslides as a result of the bad weather, so please check before travelling!
