A Done Deal or No Deal?

Club Administrator, Gerald Krasner, has denied rumours that the outcome of the Clubs future is not a done deal. Krasner is quoted in the Bournemouth Evening Echo as saying: "I'm pursuing all the people who are interested in buying the club. We've sent out 11 confidentially letters so far and I am still optimistic that, ultimately, a sale will happen. I am optimistic a sale will happen during March. I originally thought by the end of April, but now I think it will be during March or the first week of April. I think we will have whittled it down to who has made the offers and who has put their cheque book on the table by then. I am responsible to the creditors for what I do and I may sell it, subject to certain caveat. At most football clubs, an agreement for sale is reached before the creditors' meeting unless there are no offers. The creditors can still turn down my proposals for what to do with the proceeds. I am an officer of the court and there to do the best deal for the creditors as an entire body, not any particular creditor".
