Accrington Stanley Reaction - Cherries

Speaking in the Bournemouth Evening Echo, manager Jimmy Quinn is quoted as saying: "To go 1-0 down away from home so early was disappointing to say the least. The lads are told to get tight on players but they got attracted to the ball. The second one took a deflection and went over the goalkeeper and the third one was just a worldy. But we were 3-0 down before we woke up. Whenever we go a goal behind, it affects us to the point where we struggle to get back into the game. Our decision-making was poor. It's back to hard work on the training ground. If they think we're going to get out of trouble waltzing around and playing like that then we've got problems. I've always done quite well with teams at grinding out results because sometimes you've got to scrap it out for something. Too many of our lads didn't want to roll up their sleeves and, consequently, we went 3-0 down and had a mountain to climb. You can't afford to do that".
