With the defeat against Leicester City still fresh in the mind, Ryan Allsop has admitted guilt for his part which led to the Foxes bagging the winner against the Cherries at the King Power Stadium.

Speaking in the Bournemouth Evening Echo, Allsop was quoted as saying: "I should have come and cleared the danger. But I hesitated, took a step back and that gave him an opportunity to take the ball around me and put it in. I am learning with every game and trying to gain experience. Hopefully, I can carry on playing and getting games under my belt. It has been a tough month for me. But I have got to get my head down, keep working hard and keep showing the right attitude. As long as I do that, I will keep learning and improving. It is no good sulking about anything and you have to take these things on the chin. You have knock-backs in football and it is about how you respond and come back".
