An 'Amazing' Season - Bartley

Speaking to the Bournemouth Evening Echo as his first year as a professional player comes to a close, Marvin Bartley speaks of his experience to the Bournemouth Evening Echo. He is quoted as saying: "I've been through administration, a wage deferral and a couple on injuries, so it's been a rollercoaster but also enjoyable. It's been amazing and better than a run-of-the-mill season, but I don't want another one like it - not a chance. It's been good experience but hopefully it's the first and last time. All we can do is win our games and we need results to go for us. Staying up is possible if we win our two games and nothing would be worse than winning one, losing one and going down by one point. It would be harsh to go down winning seven in a row but it's over the whole season and we didn't have the best of starts, maybe we should have picked up points earlier in the season".
