Anderton On Managerial Changes

Speaking in the Bournemouth Evening Echo, Anderton is quoted as saying: "It's one of those things that happens and it's always a shame to see people go. It was a good thing for us to have a game on Tuesday and now we've just got to look to the future. It's a happy camp now. It was always going to be hard for us this season because of the points deficit and we lost three of our better players as well. We needed to start well and we haven't. In football, if that happens, then usually the manager losing his job is a consequence and it was a shame for Kevin. I enjoyed playing for him but it's one of those things. I've had plenty of managers, some good, some bad. But, at the end of the day, they all seem to go and it's a shame when it happens".
