Another Bite At The FA

Having closed the case against Bradford City's Dean Windass for biting AFCB's Marcus Browning and Southend United's Darryl Flahavan on inconclusive evidence, the case against Windass has been reopened.

This about turn was prompted after the FA dropped the original case after Browning decided not to pursue the case and Flahavan didn't respond to the FA.

Since then Flahavan has claimed that he was not contacted by the FA about his 'bite' on August 9th. The FA has since written to the Southend keeper asking for his statement on the matter.
