With the fans jury on Paul Groves still waiting to be convinced it's clear that the manager has the backing of the players despite some abject and indifferent performances.
Speaking in the Bournemouth Evening Echo, Arter is quoted as saying: "The way the manager wants us to play, I haven’t seen a better team than us this season. It would have been easy for him to change our style when we weren’t winning but he stuck to his guns. There was a spell in the first half at Yeovil when we kept the ball for ages and played it around between the keeper, the defence and the midfield. Some managers wouldn’t want that and would be scared. They wouldn’t have trust in their players but he has complete trust in us".
