With the transfer window still open for business for another 12 days or so, Harry Arter has been linked with the likes of Premiership West Ham United and Fulham.
The popular midfielder was quoted in the Bournemouth Evening Echo as saying about the speculation: "It is nice to be linked with two really good teams. But I haven’t really focused on that or taken any of it seriously. The most important thing is playing well for Bournemouth and trying to get us up into the Championship".
The specualtion has partly been born from glowing reviews from the likes of ex-Cherry Jamie Redknapp who has been quoted as saying: "Keep an eye out for Harry Arter of Bournemouth. He can play", which Arter has been quoted as saying on the praise: "To be recognised by someone like Jamie is a massive compliment. He judges the game at a top level and for him to give me a mention was fantastic to read. Any good press is always good to read but it is important for me not to get carried away and just try to focus on what I have been doing".
