With an up turn in recent form, midfielder Harry Arter has signed a new 3-year deal to remain at Dean Court, which takes him out to Summer 2015.

Speaking in the Bournemouth Evening Echo, manager Eddie Howe is quoted as saying: "I think for any young player – and Harry is still young, learning and developing – the best way to do that is to be playing games week in, week out. From his own career perspective, he is definitely at the right place and he is definitely in a team that will play to suit his style and try to get the best out of him. I would say very much, at this stage of his career, he is in the best place".
