Back To Winning Ways?

Speaking in the Bournemouth Evening Echo, Danny Hollands is quoted as saying: "Getting relegated, you don't want to leave it like that, and you really want to get back into it and start winning games again. It's still in my mind and the worst thing that's ever happened in my football career and something I never want to happen again. I re-live the game and where we could've done better. If we'd scored we'd have stayed up, which is a bit devastating, but the main thing is to look forward. Even if we lose 15 points we need to bounce straight back up and I think everyone's optimistic we can do that. It's going to be a difficult task because it's a hard league but we're optimistic and feel we can do it. It's been nice to have a break but I'm looking forward to getting into it. I've been doing a bit (of fitness work) during the summer but you don't know if it's enough. I feel I've done enough and we've got a few games coming up so I think I'll be ready by the start of the season. I'm sure there will be running in the first two days of pre-season, then next week we'll have double sessions and a lot more football. Pre-season's not nice but everyone's got to do it, we'll do it and hope to be fit for the start of next season".
