Big Fletch Admires Vokes

Ex Cherries favourite, Steve Fletcher was quoted in the Bournemouth Evening Echo as saying about Vokes: "It would be nice if Bournemouth could keep him. I think it would do him the world of good to stay for another year, he's got his place regularly in the team. You've got a lad there who is 18-years-old, an under-21 international at 17, scored on his debut and scored a few more for Wales. He's held in high regard. He's a quiet lad and never gets carried away, even when he scores goals and is doing well. He was always willing to listen the year I was with him. In training he used to come up to me and ask advice and you don't normally get that in a young lad".
