Bolton Wanderers Reaction - Cherries II

Goal scorer, Simon Francis, was quoted after the match as saying on his goal: "We've been working on it in training. If Hartey under hits a cross, which he rarely does as his deliveries are absolutely top drawer, then i'll be the one to get across the front post man. He wasn't the tallest, I think it was Spearing, so I knew I'd have a chance if Hartey did under hit one. Luckily he really under hit it so I had to get as low as I could, but I managed to flick it. I didn't know it was my goal until the lads said. I thought i'd just helped it on and someone else had poked it in but I am happy to get the goal, but more importantly get the point. When you go 2-0 down to a team like Bolton, a big stadium and a big crowd like this, I suppose if you come away with a draw then it's not too bad. But we're probably more disappointed than we are pleased because we felt like we had the chances to win the game in the end. Especially in the second half I think we had a good period for 20 to 25 minutes where they couldn't get out of their half. We had a bit of a nervy spell towards the end when they had a few set pieces but all in all I think we should have won the game".
