Bond Wants To Keep Squad Intact

With the opening of the transfer window just days away, Kevin Bond speaks in the Bournemouth Evening Echo on whether anyone could be sold to raise cash to help fund squad improvements: "I'm not going to be showing anyone the door. All the players are under contract here and that's the way they'll remain. Of course, I can't stop any clubs coming in for any of my players. If those clubs want to make an approach for any of our players, they're entitled to do that. If that happens, we would then look at every case on its merits. But at this moment, I'm not even thinking about trying to sell any of our important first-team players. We need them here fighting for the cause".
