After Callum Wilson went to ground, the Stoke City fans were hardly sympatheic as they boo'd Wilson for what they thought was his play acting, something which 8-minutes of treatment suggested that wasn't the case.
Speaking in the Bournemouth Evening Echo, Pugh was quoted as saying: "I think you have to be disappointed, especially after the second incident. The first incident looked a bit of something and nothing, maybe he got a bit of a kick. But when he went down unchallenged you knew it was something serious. Although fans are with their team I think they have to appreciate the opposition sometimes. It's never nice to see someone stretchered off and it was really disappointing to hear that".
