With Steve Fletcher stepping down as Lee Breadbury's assistant, the search for a new assistant boss is gathering pace.
Speaking in the Bournemouth Evening Echo, Bradders is quoted as saying on the search: "With Fletch stepping down and going back to being a player so late in the week, I took emails and CVs but did not really get stuck into it that much as I wanted to concentrate on the game. But during the early part of the week, I will start to really get stuck into those. I have got a couple of people in mind that I think would be good for me. But at the same time, I am hoping to interview. Whoever is best for me, the football club and the team will be the person that gets the job".
