Brentford Reaction

Sean's summary of the Cherries performance didn't beat about the bush, saying that "we weren't good enough by a million miles. That was our worst performance for a very long time".

Sean also commented on the sale of Carl Fletcher going on to say that "if you sell yur best player that is what you get. He is irreplaceable and I have been told that there's no money to spend".

On the other hand, the Brentford manager was naturally more satisfied with the outcome saying that "we played some good football and it was nice to watch but there's always the risk that you don't take your chances and you are going to get punished. We had 10 or so good chances which we didn't take and that always leaves you with the potential for danger".
