Brentford Reaction - Cherries

After the draw at Griffin Park, manager Eddie Howe was quoted in the Bournemouth Evening Echo as saying: "It was hugely disappointing. For the third game in succession, we were the better team and dominated. I believe this will be one of the toughest away games we will have this season and I can’t remember Shwan having a save to make but we dropped another two points. We’ve got to look at ourselves. I always ask the players to do that. We can look for excuses and blame other people or the referee. But we’ve got to blame ourselves. The result stands at 1-1 and we are the ones that have to look at one another and say we keep dropping points when we shouldn’t. We keep dominating games and not winning them and I’m so disappointed for the players because they worked so hard tonight and were outstanding. We need to learn our lessons".
