Speaking to the Bournemouth Evening Echo, prior to his likely inclusion in the reserve squad due to face Yeovil, Karl is quoted as saying: "It was great to be involved again on Friday. Of course we were all disappointed with the result, but it was pleasing for me to be around the squad again after being out for such a long time. I haven't been able to go to many away games this season because of my back, but I'm at the stage now where my back is feeling good and I can start doing things I used to do a year ago".
