Business As Usual At Dean Court

In an interview in the Bournemouth Evening Echo, EU UK director John Frost is quoted as saying: "Our attitude on the football side is very much one of business as usual. That is the only way to treat a deal until it has been concluded. I would almost have to apologise for some of the press on our behalf. I have to say I'm not happy about it but we can't turn back the clock. With the benefit of hindsight, we should have said to Marc please don't say anything in this quite sensitive period. I understand the fans want to know what's happening and we'd much sooner come out next week when the deal's done and say let's do this press and publicity thing properly".

Whether Kevin Bond will still be around next season remains to be seen, but remains focussed on the matter in hand: "I don't know what their plans are for the management side of things. But as I've said previously, at this moment in time, it's the least of my worries. I'm only concentrating on trying to pick up as many points as I can. We're all extremely grateful that somebody has stepped in and hopefully Bournemouth's future is secure for a long time".
