With the first team showing in-different form (excellent results away, poor results at home), Harry Arter is of the opinion that AFC Bournemouth can be in the running for the end of season play-offs.
The popular midfielder is quoted in the Bournemouth Evening Echoas saying: "I know we haven’t got as many positive results as people want but we are finally getting there. The Preston win was another stepping stone to getting to where we know we should be and that is into the play-offs. I think it is a realistic target. Supporters can write it off and, if anything, it is probably better for us if they do. But we have got an inner belief that we are good enough. We outplayed Preston and they are one of the teams tipped to go up. With a bit more luck and providing we can keep a relatively injury-free squad, I am sure we will show we can make it".
