The draw for the first round of the League Cup, now the Capital One Cup, was made on Thursday morning.
AFC Bournemouth were handed a tricky tie against Oxford United (a), in a match that is to be played in the week leading up to the opening game of the regular League season.
Our record away at Oxford United isn't anything to write home about. We've played them 13 times at either the Manor Ground, or at the Kassam, have just won 4 times, drawing the once, while loosing the other 8. Our last visit was on Boxing Day 2002 when we lost 3-0.
