Carling Cup - First Round Draw

AFC Bournemouth have been drawn at home to Championship side Cardiff City in the first round of the Carling Cup.

Other significant ties include:

Coventry City v Aldershot Town
Exeter City v Southampton
Brighton & Hove Albion v Barnet
Notts County v Doncaster Rovers
Dagenham & Redbridge v Reading

Ties to be played in the week beginning August 11th.
