It's suddently become tight at the top of the table as three clubs are tied on 20-points. Leading the way on goal difference are Norwich City, despite slipping to an 86th minute strike from Jackson for Charlton Athletic. Norwich City 1st, Charlton Athletic 6th.

Nottingham Forest dropped valuable points they were held 0-0 by Wigan Athletic at the DW Stadium. Wigan Athletic 20th, Nottingham Forest 2nd.

Also locked at the op are Watford who managed to see Brentford off with a 2-1 win at Vicarage Road. An Ighalo 42nd minute strike was cancelled out by A  Douglas goal in the 57th minute. Vydra bagged the winner in the 70th minute for the Hornets. Watford 3rd, Brentford 12th.

Derby County managed to edge AFC Bournemouth out of it at the iPro Stadium as Hughed (83rd min) and Martin (93rd min) scored the goals to claim the points, butthis was after keeper Camp had been sent off in the 67th minute. Derby County 4th, AFC Bournemouth 15th.

After a sluggish strart, Ipswich Town have slipped in to the play-off places, keeping the place they gained at the weekend with a 1-1 draw against Sheffield Wednesday at Hillsborough. A 5th minute strike from Nuhiu was cancelled out by Williams for the Tractorboys in the 62nd minute. Sheffield Wednesday 9th, Ipswich Town 5th.

Huddersfield Town pulled off a remarkable 3-1 away win over Wolves at Molineux as goals from Bunn (21st min), Scannell (39th min) and Coady (51st min) put the game beyind reach, leaving Sako the task of bagging a consolation in the 71st minute. Wolves 7th, Huddersfield Town 18th.

Middlesbrough dropped valuable points as they were held by Blackpool at The Riverside. An Ayala strike in the 19th minute was cancelled pout by Millers' leveller 6 minutes later for the strugglers. Middlesbrough 8th, Blackpool 24th.

Rotherham United managed to dent any play-off aspitrations Blackburn Rovers might have had with a 2-0 win at the New York Stadium. Goals from Arnason (5th min) and Becchio (32nd min) sealed victory for the Millers. Rotherham United 17th, Blackburn Rovers 11th.

Brighton & Hove Albion and Cardiff City managed to play out a 1-1 draw at The Amex. Bruno put the Seagulls ahead in the 20th minute, with Jones levelling for the Bluebirds a minute later. Brighton & Hove Albion 19th, Cardiff City 14th.

Having started the season pretty much top, Millwall now find themselves slipping down the table having slipped at home against Birmingham City. Donaldson and Cotterill gave the Blues a 2-goal cushion with strikes in the 32nd and 40th minutes. Gregory pulled one back in the 54th minute, leaving Thomas to put the game beyond doubt in the 84th minute. Millwall 16th, Birmingham City 20th.

Following a dreadful start to the season, Fulham seem to have managed to get themselves back on track, helped with a 4-0 win over hapless Bolton Wanderers at Craven Cottage. Goals from Rodallega (20th min), Amorebieta (45th min), Christensen (67th min) and Hoogland (79th min) proved to be too much for the Trotters. Fulham 22nd, Bolton Wanderers 23rd.

Finally Leeds United and Reading played out a 0-0 draw at Elland Road. But Reading did win the yellow card clount 4-3. Leeds Unted 12th, Reading 10th.
