Cherries Escape FA Cup Expulsion!

It has been revealed that AFC Bournemouth were close to being excluded from this seasons FA Cup because of Eddie Mitchells involvement at Dorchester Town, even though the Conference South side were in the hands of the Cherries Chairman's sons.
FA rules state that: "
one person or their associates cannot hold a majority shareholding in any more than one club", which would ahve meant that AFC Bournemouth would have been kicked out of the competition.
That scenario has been avoided as Dorchester Town are now in the hands of Poole based estate agent Dave Roberts.
