Matt Tubbs is the centre of transfer speculation after it was announced that a bid from Rotherham United, now managed by ex-Crawley boss Steve Evans, was rejected for the services of Matt Tubbs.
A statement from the Millers reads: "At a meeting with the chairman on Monday, he sanctioned the offers for the pair. In turn, we have made two concrete offers but I can further confirm that both of them have been turned down ...... in fact, the Matt Tubbs offer was record-breaking by some distance for Rotherham United".
