AFC Bournemouth ran off with a 10-0 win in their first pre-season friendly in their build up to the new League One campaign.

On the scoresheet for the Cherries were Nelson (16th min), Feeney (18th min), a brace from Ings (22nd & 41st mins), with Baudry (48th min), Taylor (75th min), then braces from Molesley (79th & 85th mins) and Lovell (84th and 90th mins) completed the rout.

Speaking after the match, manager Lee Bradbury is quoted in the Bournemouth Evening Echo as saying: "I was really pleased and I thought the lads applied themselves excellently. They tried to do the right things all the time even when they were winning by quite a few goals. They moved the ball quickly and worked hard when they didn't have the ball. There were some really good individual performances and I thought the lads looked sharp all over the field. It was good for them to get out there, play the right way and score a few goals".
