A deposit has been requested from the bidder in question (no names mentioned at this stage), with it hoped that the deposit will be forthcoming over the weekend with further due diligence being completed in the coming weeks.
In the meantime, until a sale is concluded, it seems unlikely that season ticket renewals will take place which will see the same scramble for tickets as witnessed last season.
