The transfer window may be closed, but that isn't stopping Clubs from 'signing' players, albeit on an initial loan period 'with a view' to a permanent signing when the window opens.

The latest player to come to Dean Court 'on loan', before signing a permanent deal, is Wes Fogden, who is signing on loan from Conference South Havant & Waterlooville.

Here's his player biography from the Hawks official web site:
Wes began his career at Brighton and Hove Albion in July 2006, signing as a trainee. He made four appearances for the Seagulls and enjoyed a loan spell at Bognor before moving to Dorchester, where he debuted in October 2007. In his first season with the Magpies he played 14 games in all, adding a further 27 through the first half of 2008/09, scoring seven goals overall.

He joined the Hawks at the start of February 2008, and has so far amassed 106 appearances through his two and a half season stint. His impressive attacking midfield play has also led to 29 goals.

Possibly the most celebrated of the current squad, Wes was awarded the Supporters’ and Players’ Player of the Season awards for 2009/10, and then won the Supporters’ award again for 2010/11. He is also unique in winning the Player of the Month award three times consecutively from January to March 2010.
