Manager Eddie Howe is quoted in the Bournemouth Evening Echo as saying: "He has come to my attention because of the number of goals he has scored for Poole Town this season. We have a strong link with Poole through Steve Cuss who I worked very closely with during my time at the Centre of Excellence. Steve has recommended we have a look at him and I have invited him in to train with us. It's not easy to score goals at any level and the fact he's scored so many shows he could be a good prospect.
