Cherries To Emulate Colchester?

With Colchester United coming to Dean Court placed in an unlikely second (and automatic promotion) place, the Cherries will be hoping to firstly secure their League One status, while at the same time will be joping to emulate the U's success next season.

In speaking to the Bournemouth Evening Echo, Steve Fletcher is quoted as saying: "They are second and deservedly so because they have had a great season and that's what we want to do next season. They have obviously done something right because, without being disrespectful, they are usually a mid-table side. They are a young side and, like us, they haven't got a lot of money to spend and they have to bring players through. Phil Parkinson scouts the country looking for young players at bigger clubs, just like Sean does here, and he's probably got all his players at the level he wants them now".
