It is being reported that AFC Bournemouth have agreed a £25,000 transfer fee with Darford for the services of Charlie Sherringham, who is the son of Teddy Sherringham.
Manager Lee Bradbury was quoted in the Bournemouth Evening Echo on the link as saying: "That he is technically a good player and he has got good movement. I think he has scored 12 goals for Dartford this season and it is just whether we think he can make a step up. I am always looking to improve the team and he is one of the players we have had watched of late, but we have watched a lot. If there is a jewel hidden in non-league, then we need to see them and look at them".
