Potential new owner, Adam Murry, has moved to ensure that the Club was not subject to a winding up order, which was due to be heard today (Wednesday 11th March) in the High Court. This on top of the baliffs visiting Dean Court, on instruction from ground owners Structadene, to padlock Dean Court and seize goods amounting to the same value as that owed.

Speaking to the Bournemouth Evening Echo, Adam Murry is quoted as saying: "Had we not made a financial commitment to satisfy the winding-up petition and reach a payment compromise with Structadene, our due diligence would have been academic. I would like to stress that we cannot save this club on our own. But I do hope that a feasible rescue package can be achieved".
