Colchester United Reaction

For AFC Bournemouth, assistant boss Richard O'Kelly, was quoted on BBCi after the match as saying: "When we went a goal behind, our reaction was very positive and we created a good opportunity, I thought the game was there for the taking at 1-1 - we had good possession, but we didn't make the most of it. It was frustrating, as I know what we're capable of, and I felt at times we didn't produce it".

For Colchester United, their boss, Phil Parkinson, was quoted on BBCi as saying: "We can't rely on other teams, - this was a very big result for us. We've now secured a play-off place, which in itself is an achievement. But it's all to play for - if somebody had offered us this at the start of the season when we were relegation favourites, we might have taken it".
