Manager Sean O'Driscoll has been quoted in the Bournemouth Evening Echo, that: "I don't think it is a case of being far apart. It is because he is 22 years old and he wants to play. But like anybody else, you cannot guarantee he will play", following rumours that personal terms was the key difference.
Sean goes on to say that: "Before he commits to this club, or any other club for that matter, he wants to feel that he has a chance of staking a claim. He is ambitious and he wants to get his career back on track, which is totally understandable".
