Connell To Start Against Bury?

Speaking in the Bournemouth Evening Echo, Alan Connell Alan is quoted as saying: "I feel pretty good. It's been a long, hard road back and I have found it really difficult to deal with. Hopefully that's all in the past now and I'm trying to concentrate on doing the best I can for the club. I feel bad because all the injuries I've had in my career seem to have come at this club. But that's the end of it now as far as I'm concerned. I'm training regularly and just want to play as many minutes as I can. I've got to take the frustrations from the past few months and use them to my advantage. I played 20 minutes at Blyth and felt reasonably fit and reasonably sharp. I feel ready to play when the manager wants me. Whether I'm 100 per cent match fit or not, I will give it everything, like I always have. I just can't wait to start playing regularly again for this club. It will be up to me to take my chance when it comes and seize the opportunity. We've got a big fight on our hands for the rest of the season. Everyone was very disappointed about what happened at Blyth so we've got to take how we felt after the game into the rest of the season and make sure we never have that feeling again. I know the supporters will have been gutted and I can assure them that we are feeling it as well. But it's gone now and we've got to put it behind us and try to get a good result against Bury".
