Consistency For MacDonald

Shaun MacDonald is hoping to find some consistency in his game and keep his place in the starting eleven.
As ever in football, consistency is key - something that Shaun MacDonald know's he's missing.
Speaking on the Clubs Official Web Site MacDonald is quoted as saying: "It has been frustrating for me. It’s not like I have had any serious injuries, but with games on Saturdays and Tuesdays, I seem to get little knocks and not have the time to recover. I’m now fit, ready and looking forward to the Leyton Orient game on Saturday. We know it will be a tough game and they will be confident after their win over Barnet. Confidence is a big part of football and it’s something that we need to bring in to our game. You get confidence through hard work and ability, which is something we can control, and also a bit of luck – something we are overdue. I know it has not been easy lately, but at these times everyone must come together; the supporters, players and staff, and if that happens we will be OK".
