Speaking in the Bournemouth Evening Echo on how the current formation suits AFC Bournemouth, Jason Tindall admits that: "I like that formation and the gaffer also likes the formation. We've both played it and managed it and it's a formation that works very well providing you've got the right players for it. When you look at the likes of Shaun Cooper - there's probably not a better sweeper in probably all the divisions. The way he reads the game, defends when he has to, his distribution and he never gets flustered. He's absolutely superb. Sammy Igoe in the hole is causing everyone all sorts of problems. But it's wrong to pick out certain individuals because everyone has thrived in their new roles and taken everything on board and they're really doing well. It's important we continue that".

He went on to say: "The performances from the lads have been first class. If you look at the past five or six games, we've played teams either in a higher division or ones that are sitting pretty much at the top of our league. We've beaten Bristol Rovers, MK Dons, Bradford and Darlington, and we should've got something at Wycombe and we certainly should've beaten Rotherham. So it's been fantastic. The lads have been training and playing very well".
