Mohammed Coulibaly impressed in the pre-season friendly against Real Madrid back in the Summer, but has been hampered with injury more recently, but is ready to fight for a starting place for the Cherries.

Speaking in the Bournemouth Evening Echo, the summer signing from Grasshoppers is quoted as saying: "I have been back in training since Wednesday and I am feeling really good. I haven’t felt like this for a long time. I am just hoping to keep it up and trying to be ready to play a game as soon as possible. It is a really bad experience to come to your new club and then not being able to play. It was really difficult but now I just want to forget this and do my best for the second part of the season. I have seen a lot of the games and it was really hard for me to go to the stadium and watch the games when I couldn’t play. But I have to take the positives. I have seen the level and how the people play and I want to enjoy it. In Switzerland, they are more technical and keep more of the ball. Here, they play fast and all of the game is really fast. Both teams try to score and I think it is more spectacular. It is good for me because I like to attack and to run".
