Speaking on the Clubs Official Web Site as saying: "He's definitely got potential. We saw it at the end of last season, especially in the reserves, and he showed it in flashes when he came off the bench for the first team. He also did really well in training during the last part of the season so I think next season is a big season for him. He's either going to break into the team or he may have to find some other way into professional football. He's knows where he is, he's done extremely well and deserves another year. I would love to get three or four people through the youth ranks and into the first team like we did before and James is one who could make the breakthrough".
