Here is what Jamie Hayter was quoted as saying after the match on BBC Radio Solent: "You have to look in this league to win your home games and after a disappointing start against Chesterfield we've managed to win our last three at home and get a good draw away at Doncaster. We have to take that into Tuesday night at Brighton. They've [Sean and Richard] been professional to the last, we knew what was expected of ourselves and nothing was any different. There was no change and it was just a matter of doing what we are doing. It's a little bit down now to be honest. A lot of us have been here quite a long time and Sean has been here throughout my whole career. He was my youth team manager, my first team manager and I will be sad to see him go. He's been a great mentor for me, brought my game on a hell of a lot so I'll be sad to see him go but wish him every success at Doncaster. I don't think anyone could say anything bad against him, he's always been great with us. As long as you give him 100% he will back you to the hilt. He is not one for screaming and shouting and he always wants you to do well and I don't think you can ask anymore as a manager".
