Cummings Honoured (and Surprised)

Warren Cummings may have sat out the last month having suffered a broken leg during the Swindon Town game on March 5th, but the PFA has revealed that he has been named in the League One team of the season.

Having found out about the nomination, he is quoted as saying: "The only reason I got in was because we have done so well as a team. If you look at the players in the team of the year, they are all with clubs near the top of the league so I'm just fortunate I'm in it because of the people around me. It's nice because it's voted for by your fellow professionals and until I broke my leg, I was happy with the way things had been going. I felt my form was good and I was just gutted it had to come to an end because things are going well for the team now and I just hope we can go on to get promotion".
