Dalzell Follows Howe To Turf Moor

Jon Dalzell might not have been in the lime light, but is widely credited with the Cherries strength and fitness, which has been a bench mark of the Clubs success over the past couple of years.

Boss Bradbury is quoted in the Bournemouth Evening Echo as saying: "I spoke to Jon Dalzell on Wednesday and he has signed at Burnley as well. I’m holding interviews to bring in someone else. Jon was brilliant and a massive part of why the team have been so fit and strong over the past couple of years. I’m keen to bring in someone as soon as possible because I can’t have the lads’ fitness and strength dipping. I tried to talk Jon round but it was too good an offer for him and you can’t blame him. Whatever job you are in, you aspire to go on to different levels and I think he has done that by going to a big club like Burnley. There are two or three irons in the fire and we will have to make a decision as soon as possible on which one we think will be best for us and fit in the best".

Goal keeping coach Neil Moss, and scott Des Taylor remain at Dean Court.
