Dean Court Panto Season Extended

Just when you thought things were looking up for the Cherries, the Club suffers a set back in the proposed take over by a consortium lead by Adam Murry.

A month after it was agreed (in principle) that Murry would acquire Paul Baker's 50% stake in the Club, it would now appear that Murry has missed the end-of-Janaury deadline to seal the deal. As a result, Baker is now considering options, being quoted in the Bournemouth Evening Echo as saying: "I had agreed to sell my 50 per cent to Adam Murry's consortium. The club needs money to take it through until the end of the season and it looks like they have fallen short. "I thought I was making the right decision for the future benefit of the football club, but it hasn't worked out that way. "All I am concerned with is securing the future of this football club".
