It is being reported that New Forest property developer, Parkcrest, are backing Jeff Mostyn to lead the Club out of their current financial difficulties and are pledging to plough profits from the sale of houses behind the East Stand back in to the Football Club.

A spokesman for the company is quoted as saying in the Bournemouth Evening Echo as saying: "As a company, we would very much like to see Jeff Mostyn involved post-administration. We found him extremely helpful to work with before the club was placed in administration and he always kept us informed of any developments which affected us. We would have to work closely with any prospective new owner to agree a deal to plough profits from the land back into the club and the grassroots. We own the option on the hotel and written into that option is the building of a fourth stand. We wouldn't let the option go to anybody unless they were to build a fourth stand. We can see why a number of people are interested in buying the football club because it's got great potential. But it's very important that it goes into the right hands".
