Howe latest: Manager has a meeting with Eddie Mitchell this afternoon to dicuss his future. Press, inc Echo, reporting Howe has turned down Crystal Palace. Dean Court board held a meeting this meeting to discuss Howe's future, according to Echo source.
Charlton understood to have made an official approach, but Echo sources say Burnley have not come in for Howe.
Latest - 12.41pm: Howe leaving training now to go to meeting with Mitchell. Would not answer any other questions and could not confirm if a decision would come today.
Latest - 1.09pm: Echo sources claim JT and EH have turned down an initial offer from Crystal Palace. Eddie Mitchell, it is understood, will offer the duo new contracts this afternoon in a bid to keep them. We expect a decision at some point this evening from EH.
EH and JT met with Charlton officials last night, with the meeting going on late into the night.
Latest - 1.28pm: EH and JT in talks with chairman Eddie Mitchell now - or sat in a car according to Solent :).
